Ingredients:
400 gr of pasta
4 teaspoons capers
20/25 black olives
25/30 cherry tomatoes
Olive oil
salt
onion
sugar
Steps:
- Put in a pan a little bit of oil and half onion
- After a minute add the tomatoes cutted into 4 pieces with capers and olives
- Add salt and half teaspoon of sugar and cook for 10/15 min
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in boiling water
- Once cooked, place the pasta in the pan with the sauce and stir for 1 to 2 minutes
Suggestion: If you like add Basil to the sauce
