Pasta Ricotta and Zucchini

A vegetarian sauce for pasta.

Persons: 4
Preparation: 20 min

Ingredients:
400g pasta
3 zucchini
4 full soup spoons of Ricotta
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Oregan

Steps:

1. Cut the zucchini in pieces and place them in a pan with 3 spoons of oil salt and peper for 10 min.
2. Meanwhile, start cooking pasta in boiling water (cook time depend on pasta's kind)
3. When pasta is ready add it to the zucchini, Ricotta and a spoon of water.
4. Stir all together for 1 minute
