Ingredients:
4 pounds beef brisket or top round
4 cups water (enough to cover the beef)
2 onions
4 celery stalks
4 carrots
1/4 teaspoon salt
Steps:
- Place in a braising pot the beef, with the carrots, onions and celery.
- Add the water and salt.
- Cover and cook at low heat for 2 hours.
- You can add different types of meat (such as chicken),
- You can use the stock left in the pot to prepare a risotto (the recipe is coming soon!)
