Ingredients:
2 broccoli
1 anchovies
1 lb short pasta
1 garlic
salt
1 teaspoon of olive oil
hot pepper
Steps
- Place broccoli in small pieces into a big pan with salt and at least 2 l of water.
- When the water boils and the broccoli have changed color (they are greener than before) add the pasta.
- In a different pan place the olive oil, garlic and anchovies at low heat.
- When the pasta is cooked (around 10 minutes), add the pasta and broccoli to the anchovies mix and cook for 1 more minutes.
