Ingredients:
2 fennel (large)
2 big onions
2 potato
100 ml milk
1 cup of water
1 clove of garlic
500 ml vegetable stock
Steps:
- Cut the fennel, onions and potatoes in small pieces.
 - Place the veggies and all the other ingredients in a big pan.
 - Cover with the lid and cook for 1 hour at low heat.
