Cook time: 20/25 min
Ingredients:
2 white fish fillets
breadcrumbs
oil
capers
salt
sage
Steps:
- Cover the upper side of the fish fillets with olive oil, now add the breadcrumbs to cover fillets.
- Add salt, 2 teaspoons of capers and sage.
- Cook in oven at 180C for 20/25 min.
Suggestion: As side dish, cook with the fish some potatoes (cut in small pieces) so they can be ready at the same time.
