Preparation: 30 min
Ingredients:
4 tomatoes
8 anchovies in oil
breadcrumbs
half mozzarella
oil
salt
oregano
Steps:
- Cut the upper part of the tomatoes and remove their internal part
- In a bowl place 8 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, anchovies, a teaspoon of olive oil, half mozzarella cut into small pieces, salt and oregano.
- Fill the tomatoes with this mixture and add a piece of mozzarella on the top of each tomato.
- Cook in oven for 20 min at 180°C.
