Ingredients:
600g of beef cut in cubes
10/15 mushrooms
Vegetable Stock
Salt
Olive Oil
Onion
Garlic
White wine
Pepper
Steps:
- In a large stewing pan, heat extra virgin olive oil with half chopped onion and a clove of garlic.
- Add the beef and cook it for a couple of minutes and add half glass of white wine.
- Add two glasses of stock and let reduce.
- Add the mushrooms cut in pieces and salt and pepper.
- Let the liquid come to boil and cook at low heat. Simmer for an hour adding stock if need.
Suggestion: you can eat it with rice, potatoes or polenta.
