Ingredients:
1 lb of lamb
2 cups peas
5 small potatoes
1/4 cup onion, sliced
Olive oil
1 garlic clove
Salt
Pepper
Steps:
- Season the lamb with salt and freshly ground black pepper and set aside.
 - Heat the olive oil in a large saucepan and fry the onions and garlic for 1 minute.
 - Add the lamb and the potatoes to the pan and fry for 1 minute.
 - (at this point you can add 1/4 cup of white dry wine, if you like)
 - Then continue to cook at low heat for 40 minutes.
 - Add the peas and cook for 10 more minutes (check if the peas are cooked)
 - Remove from the heat and serve with lots of good toasted bread.
