What do you need?
4 Chicken Breasts
Flour
Sage
Salt
Oil
Steps:
1. Cover the Chicken Breasts with flour, until they get white.
2. Put the oil in a pan and wait until it get hot.
3. Now take your chicken breasts and place them in the hot pan.
4. Put sage and salt ( as much as you want ).
Cook them for approximately 10/15 min (at least 5 minutes on each side).
Suggestion: for a stronger taste add Marsala liquor just before the end of cooking

As a side dish I boiled Brussels sprouts and add some soy sauce on the top.
